About Circles
Google+ Circles new window helps you organise everyone according to your real-life social connections - say, 'family,' 'work friends,' 'music buddies,' and 'alumni'. Then, you can share relevant content with the right people and follow content posted by people that you find interesting. For example, you might post an announcement about your engagement and show it only to people in your friends and family circles, or maybe you see a post from the circle you created for your book club that there's a recent article on your favourite author.
You can also decide to customise your personal profile information for your circles. For example, your contact details, location and relationship information would be visible to your friends circle, while your employment history and education would be visible to your alumni association circle.

About Streams
The stream is the place to have meaningful conversations with the people you care about. It centralises all the content that people have shared with you, as well as the people who are trying to share with you, but who aren't yet in your circles. You might see text posts, pictures, videos, links or location markers. When you share with people either individually or through a circle, your content will appear in their stream.

About Sparks
Sparks brings you stories on the things that you love from across the web, so it's easy to strike up meaningful conversations with your friends.
When you first arrive in Sparks, you'll see a collection of featured interests. If nothing takes your fancy, search for a different interest.
Let's say that you're learning to juggle. You can search for 'juggling', then add it as an interest so that you can always be kept up to date on the world of object manipulation. And if you get tired of people calling you a clown all the time, you can remove this interest.

Getting started with your G+profile
Your profile is the way you represent yourself on Google products and across the web. With your profile, you can manage the information that people see - such as your bio, contact details and links to other sites about you or created by you.
While your profile is public, your full name and gender are the only required information that will be displayed on your profile; you’ll be able to edit or remove any other information that you don’t want to share.
Your profile is all about you and you deserve to be in control of your information. Here's how your profile empowers you to take command of your privacy:

About games in Google+
Sharing is about more than just conversations - it's also about shared experiences. Games in Google+ give you the choice to play and share updates when you want to, with the people you want to.
Visit the Games page in your account to get started. You can take a look at the latest game updates from your circles, browse the invitations that you've received and see which games people you know have played recently.
Games are currently available to a small number of Google+ field trial users but we are looking forward to adding them to all accounts soon.

About the Google+ bar
The Google+ bar, which appears at the top of Google products, is your connection to Google+ new window. You can share what’s on your mind, view your Google+ notifications, access your profile or jump to a variety of other Google products.
When you’re signed in and look at the Google+ bar, you’ll see your full name or email address displayed with a photo or avatar next to it. This helps you identify which account you're currently signed in to. You can sign in to multiple accounts at once and switch between them using the Google+ bar. Learn more about account switching.
If you're logged in to a Google Apps account, you may also occasionally see the account notification bar.
