Australian Time format for display

If for instance you want the Australian time format eg. day - month - year - time, this is what you add to an input field that has an option to set the time format, I come across this frequently on the CMS I use Xoops.

It may come in useful for others as well with other systems ot tools they use, yes I know it's basic stuff that probably a monkey could work out, but here it is.
