  2. Online stores that accept Paypal payment
    Categories: Good Stuff Web Stuff!
This is really only a purely selfish article, makes it easier to remember these stores, that really only links to other web sites, or more particularly Australian based Online Stores/shops that accept Paypal as a payment method. Please note: this is not a recommendation of these stores, I would advise you do your own research before ordering from them!
  3. Usenet - How To - Ubuntu
Categories: Linux Ubuntu Software - Applications
This is a brief piece about Usenet, Client/App on Ubuntu Linux Intrepid Ibex 8.10. Of course it should still be applicable for future Ubuntus and probably even some what helpful for other Distros as well.
  4. ADSL2+ Somerton Exchange Victoria
    Categories: End User Web Stuff!
Yep it sucks, the only ADSL 2+ I can get well might be able to get is through Primus. I say "might" because I haven't even bothered applying because, Primus are so damn expensive or have pitiful quotas.

    Categories: Good Stuff Linux
Free Lossless Audio Codec (FLAC) is a file format for lossless audio data compression. Being lossless, FLAC does not remove information from the audio stream, as lossy compression formats such as MP3, AAC, and Vorbis do. FLAC's primary author is Josh Coalson.
  7. Altec Lansing MX5021 THX - Speakers - HTPC
    Categories: MythTV Hardware
I had an old $40 pair of speakers from years ago, they would probably be worth about $10 these days, since building the MythTV box I really needed to upgrade.
  8. Silverstone LC17 - HTPC Case
    Categories: MythTV Hardware
My MythTV install was situated in an old desktop case, been that way for quite a while. It actually was quite a good case, but it was old, it didn't have any front I/O ports and although I don't absolutely need them they are very handy for transferring files from a USB flash drive. I have finally upgraded to a modern case that has everything I need.
  9. Microsoft MCE Remote Control - MythTV
    Categories: Hardware MythTV
Yep seems funny doing an article on this Remote Control, but it seems to be one of the easier ones "that just works" well mostly, I am just now seeing a problem with someone who has one! Read the article for more info about the problem!
  10. Linus Torvalds and Linux
    Categories: Linux
The creator of the Linux Kernel!
