Gift vouchers may be purchased online or in salon.

Validity

Gift vouchers are valid for the period stated on the voucher in accordance with New Zealand consumer legislation.

Redemption

Gift vouchers may be redeemed towards treatments or retail products unless otherwise stated.

Any remaining balance will remain available until the voucher expires.

Non-refundable

Gift vouchers:

• Cannot be redeemed for cash.

• Cannot be refunded.

• Cannot be exchanged for another form of payment.

Lost Vouchers

Please treat your gift voucher like cash. Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers may not be replaced unless proof of purchase is available.

Promotional Vouchers

Promotional vouchers or complimentary vouchers may carry separate expiry dates or conditions, which will be specified at the time of issue.
